Private In-home Consultation
During our initial home visit, I will obtain a full health history, complete pre and post feed weights on your baby, address any concerns you may be having, create a personalized care plan, and send a report to your pediatrician. The initial visit includes 1 week of unlimited phone or text support as needed.
$350 • Approx. 1.5 - 2 hours
In-Home Follow-Up Visit
Sometimes follow up visits are warranted to check progress or make adjustments to the care plan. The follow-up visit includes 1 week of unlimited phone or text support as needed.
$225 • Approx. 1 - 1.5 hours
Postpartum Night Support
8-12 hours of continuous night support to assist with breastfeeding and newborn care during the early postpartum days.
$800/$1000
Back to Work Consult
Are you returning to work soon? During this consult we will create a pumping schedule to ensure you have adequate milk stores for when you are away from baby.
$200 • 1 - 1.5 hours (Home or Virtual)
INSURANCE COVERAGE
The Affordable Care Act of 2010 requires insurance companies to cover preventable services for women including "comprehensive lactation support." I encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out their requirements for coverage.
We are currently in-network with Aetna Insurance. For all other carriers, payment is due in full at the time of service. However, I will create a detailed bill you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
